Any use of the Company's website and any transaction carried out through it, presupposes the user's prior consent to the following conditions.

1) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Intellectual Property Rights and Trademark

All website design, text, graphics, selection and settings are the property of "Mamannoula" and are its Intellectual Property Right. All rights reserved, any text or images bearing the "Mamannoula" symbols are trademarks or registered trademarks and are used herein with permission of their respective owners.

2) PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is processed by the company in compliance with article 7A par. 1 (b) Law 2472/1997 and the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) for the purpose of implementing the order given by the customer and in no way they will not be disclosed, made public or sold to third parties, unless the procedure defined by the legislation for the lifting of confidentiality (Law 2225/1994) or any obligations arising from the national application of Directive 24/2006 is initiated.

Your personal details are not recorded on our website as when paying via Paypal or Alpha Bank with a credit card your details are registered directly on the secure website of Paypal or Alpha Bank, thus ensuring an even greater level of security.

Your personal information registered on the website www.mamannoula.gr for your registration both on the website and in its newsletter is safely kept by our company and under no other circumstances can your personal information be shared with others without your prior consent consent, unless this is required through legal means. Please note that under certain conditions the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data collected online without your prior consent is permitted or required by law or court order (for example in case of court decision).

3) SECURITY

Our website www.mamannoula.gr has an SSL Certificate that protects sensitive data on the internet by adding a layer of SSL protection to our website. SSL protects data from malicious actions and authenticates your identity to your site visitors.

All card payments are processed through Alpha Bank's "Alpha e-Commerce" electronic payment platform and use TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of encrypting information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decrypt it using the appropriate key.

4) TRADING ITEMS – AVAILABILITY – FEATURES

The products available for sale, their characteristics, prices and available stock, can be found at www.mamannoula.gr and are accessible to everyone. Users can search for more information about each product by clicking on the product icon.

"Mamannoula" guarantees timely information to customers regarding the availability or non-availability of the products, but bears no responsibility for their availability.

"Mamannoula" makes every possible effort every day to provide all the required information for each product (technical characteristics, prices, etc.). However, in order to limit any errors, we would recommend that you contact us before completing any purchase in cases where the prices or any other product feature is beyond the usual and reasonable.

The prices listed in the relevant catalogs under each product include VAT (24%), while the online store www.mamannoula.gr reserves the right to adjust the prices without being obliged to inform the consumer.

5) ORDERING PRODUCTS AND CONSUMER PROTECTION

The orders through the online store constitute the conclusion of a distance sales contract, which are governed by the legislative framework of Law 2251/1994 (as it applies today) and the amendments referred to PD 131/2003 (Government Gazette A' 116/16.05.2003. XNUMX).

The user has the right to enter into a valid order through the online store, as long as he is legally competent in compliance with the provisions of the Greek Civil Code (as long as he has completed the eighteenth year of age and is not in judicial custody regarding the conclusion of a sales contract). Orders can also be placed by legal representatives of legal entities. "Mamannoula", reserves the right to claim the return from the supervisor or guardian of any orders made by legally incompetent persons.

6.1) ORDER CONDITIONS

To place an order at www.mamannoula.gr, the following are required:

The completion of the special form with the necessary information for the conclusion of the sales contract.
The unconditional acceptance of the terms of the sales contract and the terms of use, in particular the collection and where necessary the use of personal data.

6.2) METHODS OF PAYMENT

For the convenience and service of all those who wish to buy from our online store, www.mamannoula.gr has the following alternative payment methods:

By charging your credit card through Paypal and Alpha Bank. It is important to mention a contact phone number and a valid e-mail address. In case your credit card is not approved by your bank, the company reserves the right to cancel your order. Only this payment method is supported for Cyprus.
With pay on delivery the moment you receive the products. In this case, the customer will be charged a fee of 2 euros (24% VAT included). Cash on delivery payment is not valid for shipments outside Greece. It is also the only method of payment, in case of telephone order.
If you want to make a deposit to our account from another bank, please send us the deposit receipt by email [email protected]. Orders are held for 2 working days and then if you haven't made the deposit, they are automatically cancelled.

6.3) CONFIRMATION / UPDATE OF ORDER

The consumer through the website is informed by the company before the completion of his order about the identity and address of the supplier, the essential characteristics of the product, the price, the quantity, the transport costs, the method of payment, delivery, the validity period and the price of the possible offer and the right of withdrawal.

By sending the order form, the consumer receives an electronic copy of the order to the electronic address (e-mail) he/she has indicated when registering the order, which includes a detailed description of the goods of the order and a unique code, with which he will be able to track the progress and development of his order.

7) SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS/ EXCHANGES/ RETURNS

Shopping

You can shop from whatever products are available. If a product is out of stock and you would like more information on when we will have it back in stock please contact us.

Orders & payments

You can place orders either as a visitor to our website or by creating a personal user account. If you become a member, you can view previous orders as well as add products to your favorites list for future purchases.

When completing your order you can pay in the following ways:

• Via Paypal – gives you full security for your credit card purchases, you don't need to be a Paypal member to use it and be sure your data is safe
• By cash on delivery – with a fee of 3 euros excluding transport costs and for orders up to 99 euros
• By direct deposit to our bank account:
• Alpha bank: GR8501401720172002330000288 beneficiary Anna Fotiadou (for deposits from all banks) 
• If you want to make a deposit to our account from another bank, please send us the deposit receipt by email [email protected].
• Orders are held for 2 working days and then if you haven't made the deposit, they are automatically cancelled.
• By credit or debit card through Alpha Bank's secure system.
  Payment by cash on delivery or bank deposit is not valid for Cyprus.

Once your order is complete you will receive an informative e-mail confirming the products you have purchased and the cost. In the event that after completing your order you want to add a new product, you must place a new order or inform us of changes to [email protected]

Crossing of the Aegean Sea

Our company cooperates with ACS Courier for deliveries within Greece and Cyprus.

The delivery of the products in Greece takes place within 2 to 3 days from the day of the order if the products are available.

Otherwise, you will be informed immediately by our company.

When your products are shipped you will receive an informational e-mail.

Transportation costs:

• Attica and Rest of Greece: 3 euros with ACS
• Cash on delivery: +3 euros
• Cyprus: 12 euros with ACS
• For purchases over 59 euros for Greece, shipping is free.

For the application of the following paragraphs, a necessary condition is that before you take any action to return or change the products, you must first contact us by email [email protected], so that, on the one hand, you can inform about your action and, on the other hand, you can be informed about the necessary procedures that you need to follow.

The consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods only as a result of the handling of the goods other than that which is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods. We are not responsible and will not compensate the consumer, nor will withdrawal have any effect in the event that damage has been caused to the goods due to the fault of the consumer or in the event of use that exceeds what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Returns

If for any reason you wish to return any product you have purchased, you have the right to do so within 14 calendar days from its purchase. Returned products must be in excellent condition, in their original packaging, unused and with the purchase tags intact. The parcel must definitely include the proof of purchase or the invoice!

Returns of used products or with opened packaging or without receipt are not accepted.

The return is made exclusively by ACS Courier with a fee of 3 euros per return.

The product together with the proof of purchase is sent with ACS Courier our charge to the address:

Mamannoula, Georgiou Papandreou 33-35, 16231, Byronas Attica.

Please note returns sent by regular mail will not be accepted!

If you choose a refund:

• if you paid by cash on delivery, a deposit will be made to a bank account that you indicate to us (IBAN, bank, name of beneficiary) the initial cost of cash on delivery of 3 euros is not refunded
• if you paid by card or paypal, a refund will be made in the same way
• The refund amount will be the cost of the product reduced by 3 euros expenses return.

Refunds are made within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product.

We are not responsible for any delays in crediting the price to you that are not due to us (eg bank delay).

Cash on delivery and shipping costs are non-refundable.

CHANGES

In the event that you want to replace a product you received either with another or with another number or color, you have the right to change within 14 calendar days from the order date.

The change and replacement is done exclusively with ACS Courier with a charge of 3 euros per return/change. We send the new product to you by Acs Courier and to the distributor who will bring it to you, you return the product for exchange, in its original packaging, unused, and within shipping package.

If the product you choose is more expensive than the one you are exchanging, you will pay the difference to the courier plus the 3 euro exchange fee.

If it's cheaper, we'll refund the difference reduced by 3 euros exchange costs within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product:

• if you paid by cash on delivery, a deposit will be made to a bank account that you indicate to us (IBAN, bank, beneficiary name) the cash on delivery cost of 3 euros is not refundable
• if you paid by card or paypal, a refund will be made in the same way.

 In case of purchase from our physical store, there is no right of withdrawal or refund. However, the option to change within 15 calendar days of purchase is provided.

7.2) DEFECTIVE/WRONG PRODUCTS

The company is obliged to provide the right of replacement only in case the product is considered defective or wrong. In this case, you inform us by email at [email protected] and it is sent by courier to the address you have specified for us, for the receipt of the product and the company bears the costs, as long as the product is examined and approved by the Company as defective.

7.3) RIGHT TO CANCEL AN ORDER

Our customers have the right to cancel an order, under the very specific conditions below:

If the online order (checkout) has not been completed, you can cancel the process by pressing the back button on your browser.

In case the online order (checkout) has been completed, please contact a representative of our e-shop, so that he can further inform you about the procedure that should be followed. Your order may be canceled provided that it has not already been processed by the company.

The right to cancel the order does not exist beyond the above cases.

To avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check at the time of delivery of your order, the condition of the products sold and the intactness of their packaging, in order to identify any obvious defects. In the event that a defect is found during the quality control of the returned product, the company must contact the consumer to resolve the issue and reserves the right not to accept the change or return of the product in question.

8. MISCELLANEOUS

• Force majeure: If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products to you within the predetermined time, we will inform you via e-mail, in order for you to notify us if you wish, under these conditions conditions, the completion of your order. "Mamannoula" is not responsible for any situation beyond its fault and will do everything humanly possible to serve you better.
  In cases where you have placed an online order and upon receipt you find that a product (or some) is missing from the total order, please contact us so that we can arrange all the details required and send you the products that you did not receive without any additional charge.
• Modification of the terms hereof: “Mamannoula” reserves the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions of transactions. The company undertakes the obligation to update this text for any change or addition to the terms.
• In case of non-receipt of the ordered goods (and since an unreasonably long period of time has passed since the order was placed), please contact a representative of the company.
• For your best and fastest service, we would recommend that you quote the special order code that has been sent to the email address you provided when placing your order.
